When it comes to photographing my wedding couples, I hold an incredible passion for life, love, and documenting the emotional moments that add meaning to their lives. My approach to photography is natural and relationship-oriented; I love to get to know my clients long before putting them in front of the lens. My goals? I want to create a special vision together with you, immortalizing the bonds, emotions, and moments that can’t be re-lived or replaced. Beautiful photographs are emotional moments frozen in time for you to remember and revisit with family, friends, or a quiet moment alone - and I strive to create images that will be cherished for many, many generations.

We remember life as a string of big events; epic happenings that define our lives and live on in family stories. Weddings are no different - the main focus in wedding planning is on the defining events - the kissing of the bride, cutting of the cake, father-daughter dancing, the bouquet toss. Yet, what about the moments in-between? What about the tiny, serendipitous small things that happen without planning, just from a room full of love? What about a small touch, a smiling face, a kind word - in-between the big events?
These moments are what I live to capture. The moments that are often overlooked, but together make up the very emotional essence of a wedding, and of our lives. These moments are so incredibly special - I strive to give them life and the importance they deserve. Moments you may not even notice at the time, but look back on later in photographs and cherish. Your final images will reflect not only the big happenings during your wedding, but all the little pieces of story along the way. This is my specialty, and my passion.
An Engagement To Remember..
Aside from providing you with beautiful, emotional portraits in a casual setting, engagement sessions allow us to get to know each other before the big day. Knowing what to expect from your photographer and feeling relaxed in front of the camera are both so critical for photo success. During the engagement session, I love to work with you to find the styles, smiles, angles, and poses that work best for you as a couple in a pressure-free setting. That way, when your wedding day comes around, we’ll have already practiced picture-taking together and everyone will know what to expect! Engagement sessions are the time for you and your beloved to show your inner selves, your love for one another, and your favorite outfits in an enjoyable environment. You are welcome to choose a location that speaks to you in a personal way, or let me recommend a few of my favorite spots based on experience within the Cleveland, Akron, Canton and Wooster Ohio areas. Some couples choose that special spot where he proposed, others their favorite restaurant, winery, or flower field. I can’t wait to get you in front of the lens and bring out what makes you a special couple!
